apihug-create-story is the handoff skill between high-level planning and implementation.

What It Is

apihug-create-story turns approved scope into an implementation-ready story that already reflects ApiHug boundaries.

Why It Matters

In ApiHug projects, a generic story is not enough. The story must explicitly call out:

• protobuf-first context
• generated versus handwritten boundaries
• framework rules that affect implementation
• the expected review path

How It Fits

Use it after discovery and before coding, when a requirement has already been scoped and you need a story that speaks ApiHug language.

Typical inputs:

• approved requirements or story scope
• relevant proto, domain, and spec context
• architecture or workflow decisions that should not be rediscovered later

Expected outputs:

• a story with clear implementation scope
• ApiHug-specific constraints called out explicitly
• enough context for apihug-dev-story to execute safely
